West Sutton Little league is supporting the FA’s Silent Support Weekend initiative on Saturday 15 November.
This is designed to improve spectator behaviour and let our young players enjoy the game without distractions.
Silent Support is positive support
Applause only from spectators
Coaches can give quiet instructions
Let the players play
Positive support makes a big difference — let’s give our players the space to enjoy their football!
During Silent Support Weekend, applause from spectators for good play - and quiet instruction from coaches only - is welcome. Noise, abuse, complaints, and parent-coaching can all have the weekend off.
