A Night at the Races is Back – and We Need You!

Mark your calendars! Our legendary annual fundraiser, A Night at the Races, is galloping back into town on Saturday 22nd November at Cheam Social Club – and we’re getting ready for another night of fun, laughter, and fundraising!

Following the roaring success of last year’s event, we’re once again putting together fabulous hampers to raffle off on the night – and we need your help to make them amazing!

Here’s how you can get involved: We’re collecting goodies to fill our hampers, and we'd LOVE if you (and your teammates, friends, family & friendly neighbourhood businesses) could donate something to help us create some showstoppers!

Ideas for hamper items:

• Chocolates

• Biscuits

• Bottles (wine, bubbly, or something fun!)

• Toiletries

• Or even a themed hamper – like “Tea & Treats” or “Sweet Tooth Squad”! Why not team up and create one together?

Nothing has to be fancy or expensive – just thoughtful and fun!

Deadline for donations: 15th November I’ll happily collect and wrap the hampers, or if you're feeling creative, you’re more than welcome to design and decorate your own!

Every single donation helps make this night a winner – thank you SO much for your continued support for the league. Let’s make this year’s Race Night the best one yet!
