National Girls Teams 2009
As well as the U14/U13′s 11 a-side tournament, Sutton Little League introduced a 7 a-side competition for U12/U11 girls. We entered two teams in each section.

WSLL fared extremely well winning the 11-aside and the 7-aside events!

Our 11-aside ‘A’ team reached the final where they played Morden; we scored the only goal of the match about 30 seconds before the final whistle of extra time!

In the 7-aside final our team conceded 2 early goals but with encouragement of their supporters the WSLL Falcons went on to win their match 4-2.
